Lurie Children's Health Services Partnership

Why did APT join Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago?

To build upon the strong clinical pediatric therapy practices of  both Lurie Children’s and APT, to provide the best possible  experience for patients.  While APT transitions to Lurie Children’s Health Services,  your child will continue to:

  • See the same therapist at this location
  • Use their current insurance for coverage
  • Pay the same amount for services received
  • Schedule appointments the same way

For all services received prior to this change, you will continue  to receive bills as you normally have from APT. For services  received after this change, you can expect your bill to have the  new Lurie Children’s Health Services logo on it.

Effective February 15, 2023, Arlington Pediatric Therapy Management Services, Ltd. (APT) will join the Children’s Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, as Lurie Children’s Health Services, LLC d/b/a Arlington Pediatric Therapy.

"We at Arlington Pediatric Therapy are excited to be a part of the Lurie Children’s family. APT was built with the mission to provide therapy services focused on improving the quality of life for children and their families.  We are honored to now be a part of an organization who dedicates themselves to providing a brighter future for all children,” Amanda Lee and Jennifer Scoggins, APT Directors.

What are the next steps?

PATIENT ACTION REQUIRED: To receive care, all existing APT patients will be required to  complete new forms for Lurie Children’s.  Over time, future enhancements will be communicated to you  in advance of the change.
