Our Behavioral Skills class helps you learn how to gain awareness of our body and natural consequences to our behaviors. Learn about expected versus unexpected behaviors, how we impact others, having a calm body and mind and understanding the size of our reactions during situations.
Our Emotional Skills group is designed to help patients that struggle with anger, sadness, anxiety, or a combination. Sessions will include cognitive behavioral Interventions including emotional identification and scaling, metacognition, mindfulness and relaxation skills. Take home activities and a progress report will be provided at the end!
